Are you struggling to find clarity on what really matters to you?

Confusion, comparison, and pressure from others can leave you feeling stressed, uncertain, and frustrated.

This is especially common with sensitive, spiritual women, particularly those who are here to heal ancestral patterns of unworthiness.

In this week’s Intuitive Nudge, I’m going to share three journal prompts to help you gain clarity,  and start taking small steps towards a lighter and brighter future.

New to my blog? If so, let me quickly introduce myself! My name is Lisa Driver and I am a spiritual healer, author, and coach who helps female leaders and achievers deepen their intuition and boost their spiritual health.

How?

By sharing spiritual tools, practical exercises, and one-of-a-kind channeled healing meditations.
Reconnect to your innate Divine power and the love of your angels so you can shine and lead with light!

Here are some blogs to help you build your spiritual toolkit, and gain more presence, appreciation and belief in a supportive, abundant Universe:

Three Easy Ways to Deepen Your Intuition

This week’s nudge comes from my second book, Leap! How to Overcome Doubt, Fear, and Grief & Choose the Path of Joy, chapter four, page 29.

It’s a section of the book that discusses my dad’s terminal cancer diagnosis and how it gave me clarity on what really mattered in my life.

I asked myself the question, “If I was told I had only three months to live, would I have any regrets?”

At the time, I wanted so badly to commit to a spiritual healing business full time, and my dad’s diagnosis was the kick in the pants I needed to make it happen.

But it shouldn’t take the loss of a loved one or some other devastating news to motivate you to make changes in your life.

Chances are, if you are reading this, you know you are here to help light the world up with love.

You are here to heal ancestral patterns of lack, limitation, and unworthiness.

You are here to shine, to inspire, and to share your knowledge with others: healing them, helping them and leading them.

Yet often, the “how” of that leadership is unclear.

Even if you have an idea, the brain can play tricks on you and have you over-thinking, doubting, and spinning in circles.

The journal prompts I will share below can help you gain renewed focus on what truly matters to you and begin taking action towards a more fulfilled life.

Remember: It’s never too late to start anew.

That over-thinking pattern is one I know all too well, and have been experiencing as I get back to teaching, healing, and sharing my inspiration here and with my Soul-FULL Sisterhood.

This week, getting out in nature, being playful, and staring up at the stars in the sky helped me to quiet my mind and gain the clarity I need to move forward.

Renewed focus on my work helping spiritual women heal their patterns of unworthiness and comparison came shining through, and the excitement to finish my fourth book, Weeds of Unworthiness, filled me up!

So if you are looking for clarity, answers, and your next best step in a particular area of your life, sit with a journal and answer these three questions:

*If you are overwhelmed, just pick a certain area where you feel the most “stuck”.

Journal Prompt for Clarity #1:

When it comes to ______ (eg. my healing work), what do I want more of?

Answering this question gives you clarity on what you truly desire – take some deep breaths and think of what would make you most happy.

If you get stuck on what you don’t like, try to think of the opposite.

So if, for example, you are in a terrible relationship, you likely crave more honesty, communication, and intimacy.

Example answer: More inspiration, uplifting countless women, helping them feel more confident and courageous. To teach them to move away from comparison and people-pleasing, towards more radiance, acceptance and self-love.

Journal Prompt for Clarity #2:

What are my fears around _____ (eg. success in my business)?

Be straight up with this one and give a voice to all the demons in your head that have been feeding those toxic weeds of unworthiness.

Listen to the patterns that tell you that you will never be abundant, or strong, or loved, and write it all down.

Example answer: That I will be misunderstood and never find the words to truly connect with the people I know I am meant to help. That I will die with my song still inside me.

Journal Prompt for Clarity #3:

What is one thing I can do today to move through those fears and start creating something new?

This is the most important question, but should come only after you have acknowledged your fears and desires.

Often, clarity and inspired action are just covered up my your inner fears and doubts.

Once you honour those fears, you can usually figure out what your next best step is and take that.

And that is all it takes to move from regrets to the powerful energy of hopeful, courageous choice.

Example answer: Continue blogging and sharing free teachings with my Sisterhood, and get to work on editing book #4!

Remember: You do not (and will not) have to have it all figured out.

Simply take one step toward what makes you happier, and the Universe will respond and show you the next step.

As I mentioned in this week’s Soul-FULL Sisterhood video, this is how momentum builds.

Momentum responds to action.

You can always tweak, reassess, and change direction as you go.

But clarity comes as you acknowledge your fears and then decide to act anyway.

This is also how we heal old patterns and start a new way of thinking, doing, and being in this world.

Just make one small choice.

So what small action are you taking this week to move you towards more joy?

Comment below and let me know!

Light and love,

Lisa
